EDT joins the Enginuity Alliance to close the skills gap

We are pleased to share that we have joined the Enginuity Alliance!

The Enginuity Alliance is a part of Enginuity, a charity that is committed to finding new ways to close skills gaps in the UK’s engineering and manufacturing industry.  

The Alliance is a movement of organisations and individuals who are working towards the same vision - to work together to remove the obstacles that are stopping the industry and future workforce from developing the skills required.  

The network will allow EDT to drive hands-on impact through projects, share best practice, insights and knowledge while helping to have a voice in changing the challenging landscape that face the sector and young people aspiring to join it.

Enginuity has supported us over the years by giving our Industrial Cadets Platinum Award Finalists the wonderful opportunity to attend the Enginuity Skills Awards once they have finished their one year industry placement.
