Our unique range of programmes offers students an exciting opportunity to explore the world of STEM. From half day Challenger experiences designed to introduce children aged 7+ to STEM activities through to 6 month industry placements for students aged 17+, we aim to deliver programmes that allow young people to develop both academic and practical skills to support their unique journey into STEM.

Industrial Cadets Awards for Students
Support your students to achieve a widely recognised Industrial Cadets Award through our range of programmes. Our Industrial Cadets pathway enables students to develop critical skills to get them work ready whether they choose a career in STEM or not, explore a range of STEM subjects and career pathways while receiving support from our knowledgeable industry mentors and employers.
